Products and Inventory
Create accurate listings
Before publishing a product, check that its title, description, brand, model or compatibility, specifications, images, price, tax details, stock, availability, delivery information, warranty, cancellation, and return conditions are accurate and current. Include weight, country of origin, manufacture or expiry date, safety precautions, and manufacturer or supplier details where relevant. Keep evidence for claims about authenticity, origin, and certification.
Use clear, specific product titles and descriptions. Product images and compatibility details should represent the item being sold. Do not make claims you cannot substantiate, omit material limitations, or publish products you are not authorized to sell.
Update stock and availability as soon as they change. Before confirming an inquiry, verify that you can supply the requested variant and quantity at the stated price and terms. If a product is unavailable, report that promptly; offer an alternative only when it is suitable, available, and clearly described.
Review listings regularly for outdated pricing, stock, warranty, or delivery information. Follow Go Dokan category requirements and applicable laws, and remove or correct a listing if you discover an error. For buyer-side product checks, see How to Buy; for detailed listing examples, see the Vendor's Guide.
