Review a product before you inquire

Product pages provide the information available at the time you view them. Before adding an item to your cart, check its title, brand, model, specifications, compatibility, images, price, quantity, seller information, warranty, delivery estimate, and return or cancellation conditions. For electronics and components, confirm model numbers, connector types, dimensions, voltage, and compatibility with your equipment.

If a critical specification, warranty term, or condition is missing or unclear, ask Go Dokan for clarification before confirming the order. Do not assume that an item is compatible based only on a similar product name or image.

Availability, price, and quantity

Product availability and displayed information may need confirmation. Submitting a Cart Inquiry lets Go Dokan and the vendor check current stock, requested variant and quantity, price, and delivery possibility. A product in your cart is not reserved, and the inquiry is not yet a confirmed order.

Review any confirmed changes to price, quantity, product variant, or delivery before accepting. You can decline a proposed alternative or continue with only the items you still want. Pay only after availability and final order details are confirmed.
